Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah E. Anderson!

A small body investigating small bodies.

I'm an astrophysicist specializing in comets, asteroids, and the early history of our solar system. Currently a postdoc at the Laboratoire d'Astrophysique de Marseille, my research blends simulations and observations to piece together how these small bodies formed and what they can tell us about planetary evolution.

I love exploring the past to understand the present—and maybe even the future. When I’m not wrangling comets in my research, I’m sharing my passion for space through writing, public talks, and outreach.

Check out my research, publications, or get in touch!
